1. Policy Applicability and Acknowledgment
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) is an integral component of the contractual relationship between HNI CALLS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”) and any user (“Customer,” “You”) who completes a financial transaction on the digital platform https://hnicalls.com. Completion of a payment transaction constitutes your unequivocal acknowledgment of having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the stipulations herein.
2. Inherent Nature of Service Delivery
The Company’s service portfolio is predominantly digital and technology-based, encompassing deliverables such as software code, web applications, digital access credentials, subscription-based content, and electronically delivered consultation. Consequently, service delivery is typically characterized by instantaneous or near-instantaneous provisioning upon successful payment verification.
3. Cancellation Request Protocols
- Eligibility Window: A formal request for cancellation of a service order is permissible only if submitted prior to the initiation of service delivery or the provisioning of access credentials to the Customer.
- Post-Initiation Ineligibility: Once the Company has commenced substantive work on the service, granted system access, or delivered digital assets or credentials, cancellation requests will be deemed invalid and shall not be entertained.
- Submission Modality: All cancellation requests must be formally submitted via electronic mail to
support@hnicalls.com, containing sufficient detail for transaction identification.
4. Refund Eligibility Criteria and Exclusions
Refund considerations shall be undertaken solely under the following exhaustive circumstances:
- Duplicative or Erroneous Payment: Verification of an identical payment charged multiple times for a single service, or a payment erroneously applied.
- Technical Service Failure: Clear documentation demonstrating that a payment was successfully processed but the corresponding service was not activated due to a verifiable technical fault attributable to the Company’s systems.
- Material Non-Delivery: A written agreement exists specifying a defined scope of work, and the Company demonstrably fails to deliver the core service as per that agreed scope.
Categorically Non-Refundable Instances:
- Subjective change of mind or dissatisfaction post-purchase.
- Services for which delivery has been completed, or access has been granted and utilized.
- Fees for subscription-based services after the commencement of the relevant billing cycle.
- Delays or impediments in service delivery directly attributable to incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of required information by the Customer.
5. Refund Processing Mechanics
- Approval & Timeline: Refunds, upon formal written approval by the Company, will be processed within a period of five (5) to seven (7) standard working days from the approval date.
- Remittance Method: All refunds will be credited exclusively to the original payment method and financial instrument used in the subject transaction.
- External Delays: The stipulated processing timeline is indicative and may be subject to extensions based on the operational latency of intermediary payment gateways or banking institutions, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
6. Subscription Service Specifics
For services offered on a recurring subscription basis:
- Advance Billing: Subscription fees are billed in full at the commencement of each billing cycle.
- User-Initiated Cancellation: The Customer bears sole responsibility for proactively canceling a subscription via designated account controls before the next billing cycle is initiated.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for the unused portion of an active subscription period following its commencement.
7. Policy Modification Authority
The Company expressly reserves the right to unilaterally amend, update, or otherwise modify the provisions of this Policy at any point in time. The most current version will be perpetually hosted on this page, superseding all prior versions.
